Oral Presentation Guidelines

1. Speakers are welcome to bring their own laptops for their presentations. The projectors accept HDMI connections. Alternatively, the speakers can opt to load their presentations through a flash drive to the PC that will be available in the room.


2. The allocated time for each paper is 20 minutes: 15 minutes for
presentation, followed by 2-3 minutes for questions and 2-3 minutes for changing to the next presenter.


3. Speakers need to check that the presentation materials will be displayed on the screen properly before each session starts. For that purpose the speakers can also make use of the room that will be dedicated to testing.


EXTENDED ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Researchers and authors are invited to submit original high quality technical and non-technical extended abstract addressing innovative research in the broad field of e-mobility, and particularly the key themes of: vehicle design, battery, grid, charging stations and infrastructure, aviation, policy and economics.. To submit your extended abstract, it is imperative that you follow these instructions depending on which category you are registering.

Step 1. Extended Abstract Writing Format

Please ensure that your extended abstract is written according to the Extended Abstract Template which can be downloaded here. The length of the extended abstract should be no more than two (2) pages in A4 size, including figures, tables and references (maximum of 5 references). IMPORTANT: Please save the title of your files in this order “EVC2023_EA_corresponding author’s last name”. For example, “EVC2023_EA_Smith”.

Step 2. Extended Abstract Submission

All extended abstracts must be submitted in electronic form (MS Word) via our online submission at this link by 31st January 2023.

Step 3. Reviewing Process and Notification of Acceptance

Reviews will be conducted by our Abstract Review Committee. Authors of the accepted paper will be notified by email.

FINAL MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

An author of the accepted Extended Abstract can opt to prepare and submit a manuscript for publication to the Scopus indexed Transportation Research Procedia, Elsevier following the steps below.”

Step 1. Preparing for Final Manuscript

Your final paper must be in an MS-Word or PDF file. Your final paper has to follow the assigned Conference Proceeding template which can be downloaded here for the Latex folder, and here for the Word document.

The length of final paper should be no more than eight (8) pages and minimum of four (4) pages in A4 size, including figures, tables and references. The paper must be written in good English.

IMPORTANT: Please save the title your files in this order “EVC2023_FM_corresponding author’s last name”. For example, “EVC2023_FM_Smith”.

Step 2. Final Manuscript Submission

All manuscripts must be submitted in electronic form (MS-Word or PDF) via our online submission at this link by 15th May 2023.

Step 3. Reviewing Process

Reviews will be conducted by at least two independent reviewers.

Step 4 : Revision of Final Manuscript

Please revise your paper based on the reviewer(s) evaluation. All corrections must be recorded in the List of Corrections Form, which will be emailed to you.

Step 5. Copyright Transfer Form

By submitting the paper for publication, you, as copyright owner and corresponding author / representative of all the author, agree in full to the terms of license as explicitly stated by the assigned Conference Proceedings Publisher.

ETHICS IN PUBLISHING

All submitted papers should report original, previous unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Authors should report their results clearly, honestly, and without fabrication, falsification or inappropriate data manipulation. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the conference and subject to both review and editing.
